If expedited replacement is required during the event, tour, or service period, retailcloud may provide replacement service on an exception basis. Expedited replacement, shipping, handling, repair, replacement, and related recovery charges may apply.
Merchant is responsible for maintaining all provided devices and returning them in good working condition at the end of the event, tour, or service period. Damaged, lost, stolen, or unreturned equipment may be subject to repair, replacement, or recovery charges.
